Each of these 56 cards has a different picture on one side, which can be used to facilitate self-reflection and discussion of individual strengths, emotions, moods, behaviours, motivation, communication or to give feedback. Each card also bears either an inspirational quote or an action to embed positive psychology practices. These cards come with suggested uses and give ideas for quick and easy exercises for use in any training programme, coaching session or meeting. This is a great icebreaker or a safe way to give feedback without defensiveness or confrontation. They can also be used as playing cards!
